Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, we will take the following actions:

  1. Remove or disable access to the infringing material: We will promptly remove or disable access to the material identified in the DMCA Notice.
  2. Notify the alleged infringer: We will make a good faith attempt to contact the person or entity who uploaded or posted the infringing material.
  3. Take reasonable steps to prevent future infringement: This may include terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to us. The counter-notice must include the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that6 has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.7
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled8 as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of9 Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Torrenz2.store10 may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.11
